We are a modern Filipino popup chef's table series based in Orange County, CA. Establised in Los Angeles in 2016, we create each dinner with a theme and a menu that is constantly revolving without compromising the familiar Filipino flavors everyone has fallen in love with.
Chef Kryssie was born and raised in the Philippines and moved to Orange County, California at the age of 15. She tells her story and shares her love of her Filipino culture through her food and it’s definitely not your typical "lutong bahay" or home cooking. She likes to bring a fresh approach to classic Filipino dishes with the use of modern technique and locally sourced and sustainable ingredients.
